There is an extreme necessity of providing reception personal with a human resources course on how to conduct themselves in public. Instead of condescending remarks, it would be much much more productive to explain and help the client with phone numbers and any additional information necessary. it's not a comfortable place, it feels like a war zone and that you have to fight for your rights.

0 stars if that is possible, i went to wackin last week do to a wary bad ear infection, wary nice doctor, she told me i need see a specialist, i lost my family doctor he moved away. So my husband and I both made in appointment to make a family doctor. receptionist said you both have in appointment but you can walk in it the same time, she never said wich appointment comes first, on the Card she rote my husband name 10:20 my name 10:40 my husband called in a day ahead to cancel his appointment do to working away from home, i went there today for my appointment it 10:40 I walk in the clinic it 10:30 and she said you're appointment was it 10:20 you have to pay 80 dollars to reschedule your next appointment. We canceled all appointment, will go somewhere else for help,
