DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED SHADY FRANCHISE!!!Was sold adishwasher that leaked out of the box .It flooded my kitchen destroyed my floors and the base of my new idland.When i contacted the store was told not their problem phone samsung .Like i said i didnt even own it for 2 weeks yet .Samsung says ok sends the only tech in all of the interior apparently and shows up and says most definately he can see it had leaked but could tell where it was leaking from so he told me i had to leave the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen and WHEN I FIND THE PROBLEM CONTACT HIM!!Well I just ended up shutting off the water and power to it and there it sat .More than 50 phone over period of a year samsung just informed me my warranty is now done so im on my own.Andres BULLS#%T TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN AFTER SELLING AN EXTREMELEY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND COME BACK WITH I WILL JUST SELL YOU ANOTHER ONE.IALREADY PAID FOR ONE THAT COULD NOT BE USE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING AND THEIR IS ME GIVE THEM MORE MONEY FOR ANOTHER POOR QUALITY PRODUCT.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM A RETAILER THAT ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE DOES NOT.DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY ARE AS CROOKED AND SHADY AS ANDRES SERVICES AS WELL BE VERY AWARE OF BEING RIPPED LIKE THESE OUTFITS DO
