Poor
I have called them 3 times. The first time they said the would be out early the next week, never showed. The next time they say the service guys has the work order, never showed. The next time they said they would call right back and it’s been 3 weeks and they never got back to me. With this kind of customer service I’m amazed they’re still in business.
