Booked an appointment and it was confirmed, only to receive a text that
“Unfortunately this booking is too short of notice. I’m sorry we have no one available for today.”
They had availability on their website for the entire day, ability to book an appointment, yet turned business away because they had no one available to fulfill the appointment. I’ll be giving this business a 0 star rating, and that’s without even having a chance to experience their service since my $110 appointment was so easily turned away. Good customer service skills there…
