I had Sam from Arctic Spas Victoria do a Spa detail and was very pleased with his profesionalism and expertise. He quickly found that the salt cell was not functioning properly and was able to replace it and complete the spa service efficiently.

Ryan was a huge support in getting the online program going for our hot tub. Really appreciated his patience in explaining what was needed and support to walk us through getting it operating properly. Very positive experience. Really happy with the salt water spa.
