Reviews of Aspen Dental Group in Victoria

Hygienist was professional and fairly quick. I had a 1.5 hr apt. She cleaned all my teeth, including scaling, root planing, polishing and fluoride. This included the gum measurements. The last time I had my teeth cleaned was 9 months ago. Complete bill with non-insured discount came to 253.98. Slightly higher than last clean at a different dentist, however, she did a better job and took the full 1.5 hours on my teeth rather than fiddling with other things.

September 24, 2021 was THE worst dental hygiene appointment experience EVER!!! The original appt. was to be for Oct. 15, 2021 @ 9:15 am. I received a call to come in earlier due to a cancellation. Great, I thought... NOT!!!
Kamel ( I think was her name) spent a lot of time talking and not doing much. When the assistant came to write down the 1,2,3,4 numbers, NOTHING had been done yet!!! After she left, a lot more time was spent talking and struggling with the equipment, as well as the computer at the end.
At the end of the appt., I was told that I would have to come back because only 1/4 of the cleaning had been done with NO polishing of what had been done. I felt like I was being kicked out of the chair for no reason! When I got to the reception area to pay the bill was $192.00 for 1/4 of a cleaning job with NO polishing job.
What person in their RIGHT MIND would pay for that kind of NON-SERVICE???
