This is one of the worst nursing homes for seniors. My husband was admitted with memory problems and every time he had a visitor his teeth were caked with plaque (no one ever checked to make sure he was brushing his teeth). The staff did not come and get him for lunch when I was visiting. They never told him to shave and eventually lost his electric shaver. His room was never very clean when visitors came. His wallet was never sent to the nursing home he was eventually moved to. His Covid immunizations were not documented when he was moved to his new nursing home. When the staff tried to reach Beacon Hill staff they did not respond. It took the new nursing home 4 days to get the Covid information from Beacon Hill staff.
