I am happy to share our experiences with Pre-Tech Collision. Unfortunately, my daughter had two accidents with her car within a short period. We used Pre-Tech both times for the repairs. Quite simply, Eric and his team were outstanding. Eric kept us updated about the status of the repairs and he and his team went above and beyond to get my daughter's car fixed as soon as possible. As a parent who lives out of province, I was very grateful for the timely responses I received from Eric to all of my questions. This business genuinely employs a platinum level of customer service and quality standards. Hopefully we won't need to use Pre-Tech again, but I would wholeheartedly and without reservation, recommend CARSTAR Victoria Pre-Tech Collision to anyone for their car repairs.
