Cascadia is awesome. The coaches are super personable and knowledgeable, and you feel really supported in learning kickboxing and taekwondo (especially important if you're a clutz like me! :D). Every single class is Fun and different from the last, so you're never bored -and neither are your muscles. A fanstastic a$$ kicking every time!
