I was having discomfort in my knee during and after my runs so I thought I would get it checked out and my doctor recommended this clinic. I went there for 3 months, and after 3 months my knee was no better than when I started going there, it was in fact feeling worse. I decided to see the sports medic at UVic and within 10 minutes he diagnosed me and told me it was my IT band. My physiotherapist at Cedar Hill Sports Clinic did not once mention my IT band and he told me to continue running which is the exact opposite of what you should do if your IT band is giving you troubles. I wasted a lot of money for absolutely nothing and I would never go back there again.
