I had Truepanion for years snd always payed on time . Had to send my dog to elk lake vet for minor injury. And apparently I had to pay as they (I quote from what I was told from Truepanion )it’s ur vet that decides if they support Truepanion . Do just confused what if my dog had serious injury Sbd I didn’t have the money . Should I just let my dog die even tho I have insurance?
Other than that I don’t have any other complaints they have been great every time I sent my dog
