I don't like to complain about a business but this was such a horrible service.
To keep it short, mistakes happened. The problem is how it was handled by the manager Chris.

Mistakes:
- Painted the back panels the wrong color, it had a yellow tone to it
- The paint job was cloudy all over the panel
- Damaged my white seats by not using seat covers (mechanics have metal dust particles all over their pants) I tried cleaning the seats, but they won't come back like they used to.

Again, all that is not the end of the word. The problem is how it was all handled.

Situation:
- Chris the manager originally denied seeing any color difference between the panels. Told me to take it home for the weekend and see it with different light.
- When I came back after the weekend, Chris acknowledge the color difference but decided to blame tesla for it and said they only painted a small portion of the panel.
- Chris decided to blame the fact that the color is different because it's a plastic panel VS metal like the rest of the car.
- When I showed how cloudy the paint was, he tried to blame tesla again. The panel was not consistent with the rest of the vehicle.
- When I complaint about the dirty car seat, they denied responsibility and assured me they used seat covers.
- When I brought my car for a second time to get the color right, I told the front desk lady and Chris personally to use seat cover, again they told me they always do.
Through the dashcam I was able to see that they did not use the seat cover at all, again the seats arrived dirty. When I questioned Chris he assured me they always use seat covers from the beginning to the end. Lying over and over.
I had to show him the picture to show him...
- Lastly, I received notification for 3 hours straight that my car was unlocked in the parking lot waiting for me to pick it up.
I left some valuables in my car. Failing to secure my property is unacceptable.


Lack of accountability and customer service from this shop. When I was explaining how unsatisfied I was inside the show, the owner passed by and didn't seem to care at all. Again, mistakes happen. It could have been handled differently.
All they had to do is: Hey, I notice a color difference there, let me make it right and fix it for you right away while showing some empathy.
Instead, I had to prove that the work was not to satisfaction. Horrible management. Too bad they are the only authorized tesla painter on the island.
If you bring your car there and have white seats, take pictures before and after of your car as well as of the seats.
