no follow up nobody calls back , poor customer service

This is a big disappointment which I would like to share, I bought a Hyundai Santafe 2014 model in June Last year from Jim Pattison Lexus. I have a problem with my back camera the screen was fluctuating. I made almost 4 to 5 calls and they connected me to the service department where the person said that they will come back to me whether it is covered in the warranty or not however I remember buying a warranty paying an extra 2600 cad extra at the time of buying the vehicle as the salesperson was showing his heavy interest in selling the warranty. But after making 4 calls where I have been told that i will get a call back never got a call. I visited the showroom but no one can help me with my camera repair and no one can help me to explain my warranty covers the expenses. after service is extremely poor and never recommend.
