I felt at ease entering your office and discussing what happened to me in the boardroom with Marlisa. Also the small things help a lot such as easy to find location, amenities, free parking and upon entering your office you are there ( no long halls, view less elevators or cumbersome parking). I required Lambert and Williams services due to a not at fault car accident and really don't want to deal with ICBC. A friend from work who used their services suggested I use Lambert and Williams and I am glad I did. They handled everything including helping me find a massage therapist!
