This was absolutely the worst experience in my life.
I brought my dog there for a little trim. When I get there no one is at the reception but I understand I got there 5 minutes earlier so I wait… 10 minutes after the time of the appointment has passed someone shows up at the reception. They take in my dog and I explain them that I just want them to brush him and give him a trim. They tell me he will be ready in about 2 to 3 hours. One hour has passed since I dropped him off and I receive a phone call from the girl I gave my dog to. She tells me my dog is being aggressive and doesn’t let her do her job and to come pic him up. I am extremely surprised to receive this phone call because my dog is not naturally aggressive and i have never received this type of phone call from any other places I have brought him for grooming. I try to explain her that but then she interrupts me and sais “ I am not going to argue with u over this and then she hangs up.” When I get there my dog looks absolutely traumatized and dizzy. There was dog hair covering his nostril that I had to remove I soon as I noticed to realized it was so long that he had inhaled most of it. He even had dog hair in his eyes. The problem is that they didn’t trim him or cut his hair in anyway. They barely brushed him. Then they have the audacity to ask me to pay 40$ for his nails trim and the bath, (I had cut his nails myself a week before). This is a complete rip off. And my dog definitely has PTSD from that experience now. Even after being at home he is still not moving and can’t stand still on his 4 paws without loosing balance. For a mom dog this is absolutely heartbreaking to see your dog this way.
