I had a very negative experience with the company. Don't trust what they say over the phone!

I needed to have my blinds re-strung and called Ruffell and Brown to see if they offered that service. After a detailed conversation on the phone I was told that they could absolutely repair my blinds and to bring them by their shop on Monday. I booked time off work to go, organized a vehicle (as I don’t own one) and upon arriving was told that they don’t provide that service, that I should just buy new blinds, and left with little information and no solution.

Very bad experience. Don’t trust them.
