Reviews of Victoria Hyundai in Victoria

Bought our car from Victoria Hyundai - the SALES department was great, so I was lulled into a false sense of trust toward the dealership. Unfortunately for me I ignored the multitude of warnings about the bad service department from other Hyundai drivers.
Well, the service centre made an error (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was an accident, but I'm not entirely convinced it was). When I called to try to get it fixed, I was passed to the service centre manager Anthony Bird who had zero authority to solve a simple problem. He passed me off to the service centre general manager Brandon Kot. When Brandon FINALLY got back to me, he got super defensive and blamed me for the problem, when it was clear the mistake was theirs. He took no responsibility and has ignored my communications ever since. Well, what could have been easily fixed has cost them a customer for life. When I want to buy my next car, I'll certainly not go there.
FYI, Brandon comes across as a defensive nepo-baby-man-child who only got the job because he has the family name, not because he is skilled, experienced or has worked hard for his position. Kot Autogroup, is this the guy you want in charge of your Victoria Hyundai service department? Is this how you really want to gain a reputation for treating customers?
