I went to Meinke for a oil change and fluid top up. The technician neglected to put on the cap to my transmission fluid. The fluid leaked out and my engine ceased costing $10,000 in damages. I contacted John and he agreed to compensation me (only $2500) but then went back on his word. Do not trust this company with your vehicle!
