Do not buy anything from this company they sold us a stolen van and told us there was no damage done to van when we went to trade it in they told us that there was $8000 in damage to the van and that it was completely worthless, this company is obviously scam artists and I will be moving forward with legal action

I have been a regular customer for many years. Its where I buy my vehicles, where I get serviced. And where I recommend others fk do the same.
Bob is an honest hardworking business owner who goes to great lengths for his customers. John is informed, honest, and hardworking.

Bought vehicle from Prime Auto. Had inspected after I bought it from another mechanic because it was jerking hard changing gears, "transmission was shot." According to being assessor. Bob (owner) refused to compensate in the least. Forced to trade in for next to nothing to get another vehicle at another dealership. Suggest you consider looking elsewhere. Owner said we were lying and left swearing on my answering machine.
