On june 11th 2015 I purchased Rain Bird 32SA Professional Sprinkler from Home Hardware in West Kelowna, and installed it on june 13th , the water was spraying through a hole on the top of the sprinkler. On Sunday June 13th I went to the Store to retun the sprinkler, and was told that they can not give refund because I have used it. The owner noticed a hole on the top of the sprinkler and said what did you do with the sprinkler? I told him that I purchased on June 11th the way it is and I sure did not put the hole in it. He took it apart and said sorry it is wet you have use it and we ca not take it back. I spend a lot of money in Home Hardware and this ist the last time that I will inter that Store.
