Honestly terrible service. Old small building you can't even walk halfway through without tripping and walking over bikes. The only knowledgeable person working here seems to be Cliff, of which he's not there half the time. The other employees suffer from a former of mental illness and don't know squat about what you are looking for or repairs. Store hours are misleading. When there door sign states there open hours, it's often locked up during half those hours. I bought a brand new bike from there. I will not be buying my second one there. Customer service needs much improving.
