We went to the Whitby store on January 24th to speak with customer service as our coffee table is leaking oil from the lifters. They told us we have to go on line and make our request. Meanwhile 3 employees were just standing around. They said they can only do it if I didn't own a computer. "REALLY? so home we went and filled out the page. Now 3 to 5 day wait for a reaction! What kind of customer service is this? Very disappointed and angry! Will never shop there again.
