I went for a facial on June 15th at the Whitby location. It turns out they have taken out the streaming process of a facial, which is one of the very important and essential process of a facial. They had taken it out because of COVID but did not bring it back after covid. The owners have sold the machines so they don’t plan to bring this back. They did not mention this before the facial or else I would have cancelled my appointment . I found this rather unprofessional that they would keep this from you and mention it to you while your doing the facial. I will not return back there for a facial and I will find another place that offers the proper entire routine of a facial, especially if your paying full price for it.
