I just had the worst customer service experience of my life on this location from the lady named Andrea!

I went there to pickup a UPS package on the behalf of my sister. I had the proof of ID and UPS pickup request proof too. I politely told Andrea that I'm here to pickup my package from UPS. She asked for a proof of ID. While I was taking out the ID...she bought her journal...looked into it and informed me that she doesn't have the package.

I informed her that I'm picking it up on my sister behalf and asked her to check the name again in her journal. She said yes I don't have the package. At this point I was very confused as I had the ups notification with me that the package has been delivered to this location and awaiting for pickup. So I very calmly asked her that has the packaged been returned or picked up by UPS again?

She literally shouted at me saying "OMG !! HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I TELL YOU I DONT HAVE THE PACKAGE!!!" I DONT HAVE IT !!!"

I was taken aback by her outburst as I never had experienced such before in my life of living in Canada since 2014 ! I told her..."why are you screaming at me? I'm talking to you very politely. There is no need to use such a tone with me."

At that Andrea again started screaming and saying "I DONT HAVE THE PACKAGE!!!"

I have anxiety issues...so as I started shaking..I just said okay and left the store. My husband was waiting for me in the car and I told him everything. He contacted the UPS representative and they confirmed that the package is still at the store. And they have received complaints about the store from other customers too.

My husband and I went to the store again with the representative still on the call with us. Andrea told my husband that she checked the return boxes and my package was there! As today is the last day for pickup hence they put it in the return box. And that she contacted my sister and informed her that package is here.

That means Andrea didn't check properly whether the package is still there or not...and just went screaming on me for nothing!

And even after all this when I told her that you should've checked first rather than telling me that you don't have the package. She started waving me off and talking to my husband. She didn't have the courtesy to say SORRY even once!

At the end I told her that SHES THE WORST NIGHTMARE FOR A PERSON HAVING ANXIETY ISSUES OR ANY MENTAL HEALTH.
