I had a Check Engine light on. I called the service dept and Mr. Jak Kung took my call. He was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt so reassured the way he handled my needs and concern. I was so impressed with the way my problem was resolved, I ended up getting an Extended Warranty from the dealership. Personnel like Mr. Jak Kung made my decision easy.
