I rented a bin on April 8, expecting it to be picked up on May 4. However, despite numerous messages and phone calls between May 4 and June 20, Francis Santhiyapillai repeatedly promised to pick up the bin the following day, but never showed up. Frustrated with the situation, on Jun 17th I listed the bin for sale on Facebook marketplace. Surprisingly, Francis instantly responded, claiming to be on vacation but willing to pick it up on June 19. However, he further delayed the pickup, citing airport-related issues. In the meantime, my neighbors filled the bin with their garbage, making matters worse.

To add an unexpected twist, Needa Santhiyapillai, a family member who works as a Sunlife disability caseworker with a background in criminology, found my Facebook marketplace listing and contacted me about a different advertisement. Recognizing her name, I asked her about the bin's removal, but she denied any involvement and instead left me an unjustifiably negative review before blocking me.

In an attempt to resolve the situation, I reached out to Francis and asked him to have his family member remove the review, but he abruptly hung up on me.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using this business unless you're prepared to endure unwarranted attacks from spiteful family members and have a bin sitting in your driveway for months.
