Reviews of Plumbing & Parts Home Centre in Whitby

My parents went here when they needed to redo their bathroom after some pipes broke. They were very happy with the quality of the products, the prices they were quoted. I have since bought some bathroom and kitchen fixtures from them as well! Highly recommended!

I own a couple of rental properties and there is always some type of repair or renovation that needs to be done. I am very busy and the one thing I have learned through my experience is that time is money. When I need a new toilet, taps etc I always go into Plumbing and Parts and get exactly what I need. Dave, Gary and the crew always ensure I have bought all of the parts for the job. They also take the time to explain the tricks of the trade in assembling the parts.
I have shopped at the big box stores and have always regretted the decision. The big box stores do not have any comparable service or product knowledge. I also find when in the big box stores, I am running back and forth in trying to find everything that I need, usually returning back to the store 1 or 2 times because I have bought the wrong parts or have forgotten to purchase everything I need.
I live by a few simple rules...Time is money...Service is King...and You get what you pay for...For these reasons I shop at Plumbing and Parts.

i've lived in Durham for over 30 years and have made purchases from this store on many occasions. The staff here are top notch and really know their stuff and have always been willing to assist, unlike that of a B** B** store. I don't want plumbing advice from somebody who was selling gardening tools before their lunch and could care less if i walked out of the store with the wrong part. Plumbing & Parts has a fantastic show room with a ton of product on display. It's a great place to shop!
