Reviews of Avon Animal Hospital in Windsor

Get this I called my Vet Avon Animal Hospital in Windsor to get Monty neutered. They said I had to get the new owner to call them and transfer him to us, She did that but because she owes them money, They won't do it. Even though this has nothing to do with me and now owning Monty, Time to take my animals elsewhere. Very Disappointed. I just can't believe how down hill they have gone, it's all about the mighty $$$. the older vets are gone and the newer vets don't seem to care the same anymore., Removed my dogs from their care.

This clinic has gone down hill over the past few years. We have been going to this clinic for many years with many dogs and cats. It used to be a wonderful place but now it is all about the $$$$. The older vets are gone and the new vets are not good. Our Yorkie just went in for a tooth extraction and they removed all his teeth without asking. His teeth did not need to be removed. Our other visits have been rushed and they have missed issues. They have given us wrong medication twice in the past year. Luckily we caught it before administering it. They really don't care about your pet. Lots of turn over in staff. Avoid this place like the plague. Too bad because it used to be a very caring place.
