Reviews of Bahama Mammas Tanning Cabana in Windsor

I used to love going to BM and would recommend to everyone I knew! Now every time I go, every bed I'm in has bulbs out and am only getting a portion of the time I'm requesting. When I'm driving half way across the city for what used to be the best tanning experience I've ever had and am being lied to "the bulbs have been ordered" this time and " there's a problem with that bed its being looked into" the next time. Once my mins are done I will not be returning!

I have been going there for 9 years and will not be returning. With the exception of a couple girls, I find the staff to be outrageously arrogant and rude. I have never been to a place that has such poor customer service. That place has gone to hell. It used to be great. You used to be greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Now the staff is so miserable, and don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. They cut my tans off early and still charge me for the full tan. I purchased minutes and they told me it wasn't in the computer so that was that. Instead of rectifying the situation, they sat there with a scowl on their faces and treated me like i was lying. I am enraged and will never go there again.
