I made the unfortunate decision to purchase driving lessons from this school online because they had hidden fees. They deny that they have hidden fees. I started to be suspicious, so I asked for a refund within 24 hours, but they refused to citing their terms and conditions. The problem is that I was misled and it’s very unfair to treat customers that way. If I am to provide constructive, I would say that if they really believe in “100% customer satisfaction” with “the higher standards”, implying, having ethical values and morals, as per what they say on their website, then they should not hesitate to give the full refund money back. They have held my money since September 4. (They did offer small refund with the intention of keeping most of my money without even services rendered - honestly, I just want my money back in full and part ways amicably, but they won’t even do that much for me). Please do your research before making any purchase. Buyer beware.

Nasty! They had hidden fees when I purchased from their website. They deny it of course and now won’t refund my money within 24 hours because of their “terms and conditions” - so bogus and unfair. They then “offered” a small portion of my money back for zero services rendered! What a nightmare! Do your research. These people cannot be trusted.
