Reviews of Leon's Furniture in Windsor

As a former employee of leons furniture in Windsor ont, I am very disappointed with the way thier service is ran. I have been employed there for over 2yrs, and have seen heads come and go. Everything was good at first (like anything else) until within previous months. I have made numerous attempts to soeak with warehouse manager as well as store manger. I am disgusted at how i was treated. I was cut numerous times dor hours, guys not working and left more on me to do, alot of times things was going on in warehouse that shouldn't have happened. I am a black male who was the "underdog" in the industry. I ask anyone who is interested in working at leons to b very cautious and expect the unexpected with leons. There has been issues with sex claims, image, and unloyalty to workers. Bigger companies do not care about workers if we stand up for our rights, these petty matters would never be. I ask please reconsider leons its not what it makes out to be, i cant stress it enough to you be extra careful and cautious with leons. Uhh ts easy for companies to replace workers but if we all help each other out, we can make these companies understand they are just as replaceable, they need us like we need them.
