Poor
Take your money and then don't honour their warranty. Came out numerous times to fix brand new door. Each time they just made it worse. Now they are just ignoring any correspondence. Shame on you for ripping off a young single mother!! Do yourself a favour and skip Meloche Windows. This business is not what it used to be. The owner should be embarrassed. You've made a mess of the business your parents worked so hard for.
