Your plumbers were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a messy job and they cleaned up everything. We would be more than happy to use this company in the future and to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

I am so glad I called Northstar for my hot water tank repair. They did not try to upsell me on a new tank. I couldn't have afforded it right now. They said my tank will last another 2 years approx. They offered to move a couch I had. I was pretty happy as I would have had to pay someone else to do that too. They said.....we're already here, we might as well take care of that for you. Thanks.

Very good
The plumber was very efficient and friendly. I am a senior and to my surprise, they do not charge seniors for the first hour of service. Would not hesitate to recommend the Northstar crew.
