If there was a negative star I'd use it. We had Protelic before AIP and since they came in we've had nothing but problems. Their system has never fully worked and their service is almost none existent. I've become so frustrated we've informed them to come to take out all their items and I'll stop my payments. Recommend you never use them for your security system.

We have to call these guys when we test fire alarm systems quite often. Long story short they take half an hour to answer the phone at best.
