They are the most irresponsible builder I have ever seen!

We move in to our new house in 29 July 2023. Things are new and are covered by warranty. After a month we are told by the service provider which help us to fix our dishwasher that the power supply for the dishwasher in our house is out of voltage.

We tried to call broadview to fix it for us at first they told us that they will arrange someone for checking however we need to wait for at least 3 months. We are fine with this decision at least someone is helping. After a few days we received another email from broadview again and they told us it is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! There will not be anyone coming for a check!

We wrote back to broadview and told them it is the power supply within our house which is out of voltage and their reply is really HORRIFYING!
They said “The dishwasher wire is in the electrical panel, but, as it is not in use, the wire is not connected to the breaker.”
The power supply for the dishwasher is not in use however I can turn it on for once. I wonder is that any dark magic which help us to turn it on for once? Also if the power supply for the dishwasher is just a decoration why you need to set it up under my counter top and leave a hole for me to put in my dishwasher?

We are really surprised by the service of broadview it is like if your house have no problem it is our fault. IT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE PROBLEMS EVERYWHERE AND YOU NEED TO BEAR IT!

We are so regretted to buy a house from such an irresponsible builder. I do hope anyone here who see my comments think at least twice or more before using their services.
