Reviews of Crown Autobody & Glass in Winnipeg

This place is the worst place I’ve ever had autobody work done at. I went in for at 2400.00 autopac claim for a chip in my roof and a cracked windshield. They have now had my car for 8 days. That is completely UNACCEPTABLE. What’s worst is that they don’t give a sh*t that I am car less. I get different stories from different people about why this is taking so long. One service technician told me THEIR staff damaged a part so they had to get approval from autopac for an increase in the initial claim. Others say they part never arrrived. They don’t call and keep you abreast of the situation, you just have to keep calling them back. I even spoke to the manager who told me she would call before 4:00 pm on day. That call didn’t come until 4:30 and it wasn’t from the manager.

Do yourselves a favour and find an autobody who will do the job right.

I don’t even give this autobody a ONE STAR….if they had a minus stars, that would be where you would find my review.

BE AWARE….Did a good job of replacing the front windshield of my vehicle however my gps, radio & dvd failed to work upon the return of my vehicle. They were not interested in fixing what worked when my vehicle entered their shop. Did not return my calls. This was a very costly experience
