Terrible company and inaccurate tracking system.

They provided the estimated delivery date for April 10th , yet decided to deliver the parcel 5 DAYS EARLIER in April 5th I was not home. So I re-routed the item to a service point and contacted them by phone as the online tracking system was not updating and not providing current information! For whatever reason the package has been sitting in the warehouse unscanned and therefore not re-delivered. They decided to re-schedule the delivery date without any reason provided.

Atrocious company with horrendous customer service who have no actual problem solving ability.
