Thieves is what they are! Despite their own knowledge of the RTB act, they still went in and stole over $5K worth of my power and hand tools, clothing, personal items and other goods! No itemizing of any of my possessions or belongings, as it states in the act. I had a payment arrangement with Leah there that was in writing and yet they still went ahead without my knowledge and got an order of possession from RTB and notified me of the hearing AFTER THE FACT! Greedy, slum lords that left me without heat in my bedroom for the entire winter and no windows (just plexiglass) in my living room since the beginning of my lease in September of 2022…no maintenance requests were ever completed and they refused to return my emails and calls to their impossible voicemail service! I have had to file a police report to make a claim for all of the possessions they have taken. I have submitted video and photographs to the police as evidence of their unprofessional conduct and behaviour. Would never recommend this agency to anyone who needs a good place to live in. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

I am currently residing in a property they manage. Very unprofessional and they are not afraid to lie. They swore under oath at RTB over an order to fix the property. That they need an extension because they just got the order on the last day to get it done. I got proof that they in fact are lying. They spy on you and follow you and your guests and they're an organized agency built on greed and hatred. Do not trust anyone from this organization. They will such out your pockets to the last nickle. They're the true crooks. Crooked company ever in the history of evilness.

I'd give this company zero if I could. My wife and I went to look at a rental property located at 42 Prairie Sky Drive, Wpg, MB just recently, as our lease was up April, 2022. We liked the home, so we decided to put a deposit down on the rental. We were approved extremely quickly (too quick), and the representative named Dhalia was to meet us the weekend coming up to sign the lease papers at their office in St. Boniface. Keep in mind, we were to move out at the end of March, 2022, so our lease was ending very soon. For whatever reason, Dhalia, the rep, said our appointment was at 11am not 2pm, as we thought, so there was an apparent mix up with the times. When trying to get a hold of Dhalia that day after leaving their office at 2pm, she never answered her phone, nor called us back. Finally, I called this representative from a private number and she answered. She was extremely rude and said we missed out appointment. When asking her why she didn't call us at 11am, as that is the time she said the appointment was, she just blew it off and said we didn't show up. I told her from a professional stand point, that her not calling to reschedule or even call to find out why we didn't come, she just laughed at it. I requested the owners information for Embers Realty and she was said she'd send it to us, but...she never did. So far this seems rude and unprofessional right? WAIT! here's the kicker! When we contacted the main office on Monday, as they were closed for the weekend, their main office number was disconnect, non-payment disconnect (You can tell by the message the operator says when you call), so we tried different numbers and finally got through to a realtor for Embers. He was some what helpful and eventually we got a call from one of the owners, Daniel Unrau. This guy is very rude and is extremely unprofessional. He calls to tell me they are cancelling our application and denying it, due to feedback he got? What feedback? The feedback from your employee named Dhalia who is a complete prize? This company is horrible...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER.... ON A SIDE NOTE, WE GOT A REFUND FOR OUT DEPOSIT, BUT IT STILL HASN'T CLEARED OUR BANK, SO I'M BETTING WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THEM AGAIN.
