We had bloodworks, they didn’t call for the result so we called as per the Doctor’s advise. The medical assistant in the frontdesk (Lamigo) sarcastically said “we will call if there is a problem in the result of your tests” so we thought everything is ok. We saw a Doctor and asked me about the result of the blood test, I said there was no issues at all as per the clinic’s advise. He said “WRONG! Your cholesterol is too high!” I was shocked! In short, I do not trust this clinic anymore especially that Kristoffer who is always sarcastic and unprofessional. Waiting time is crazy even since there is no pandemic
