Absolutely avoid this company at all costs! I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. I had to put down a $275 deposit for my son's birthday party and unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid. Despite following their written cancellation policy on their website and cancelling with sufficient notice, they refused to honor their promise of allowing me to apply the deposit to a new date. This was after weeks of frustrating phone calls, promises of returned phone calls, and even in-person visits. To make matters worse, they offered no written explanation for their behavior, and instead cited a vague and unverifiable policy that contradicts what's stated on their website.

Their actions are nothing short of theft. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. In fact, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company altogether.
