Reviews of Grace Hill Salon in Winnipeg

Follow up to my failed visit. I spoke with people from the salon and it was arranged that i would meet with a stylist to see the job in question and to see if things could be fixed.So i meet the stylist on her day off.Not the same one who got a hold of me first. We chatted and she made a few corrections to my hair.It is better and i am happier.I will see the new stylist for my next cut.She was great and represented the salon in a professional and friendly manner.I was very impressed with her. I thank All concerned in making the best out of this situation. I have renewed faith in Grace Hill Salon. Thank you for looking after me. I am very satisfied with how things worked out.see you in the future

I have been here before qith great results. This time I was not treated the same as past visits. My stylist was new to me. The wash was with cold water and lots in the ear and down the shirt. The shears came out and it was done in one swip. She gave me a friggin bowl cut. I am so angry and upset. She was not interested in doing my hair. Even with picture she is not close to what I wanted. I am done with this salon. Horrible experience. Make sure you get someone who cares about their job and how you look when your done. I did not even get to look in a mirror at the finished disaster. I could not get out fast enough. Angry you bet.!!!
