The 1Star would cover decent initial communication and the fact that a vehicle did arrive. BUT.....

Rented a limo for bridal pick up. A rough looking white limo with another company's logo (OAK BLUFF LIMO) sprawled across 1/3 of the side of the limo showed up. Seats torn, gravel on floor, mud scuffs on door bride had to get in, dust all over every surface, wood pieces jammed around sunroof ?? to keep it in place? driver friendly but dressed in old jeans and T with trucker ball cap. Clean black sweats and T would have even been more acceptable.

I was appalled and embarrassed that this was what I'd rented for my son's fiancée. She was gracious about it thankfully and we had no choice as we were headed to wedding ceremony so we just let it go so as not to dampen the mood.
Paid $240 for service: pick up and 30 min drive to venue.

Phoned owner day after wedding, said sorry his limo broke down, called someone else to do it, didn't know limo
