We are a Property Mgmt company and have dealt with many Companies for all work. So far this one is the MOST CROOKED ONE, We called them to check furnace for no heat after hours. Yes we understand the extra cost and during holidays. We respect hard working people doing the job. If these companies pay that much to workers, we will gladly pay more but we know they pocket all. We disputed the charges and instead of waiting for resolution or working with us, they sent a guy pretending to do maintenance, they removed all parts from furnace, ripped all wires and took everything, leaving Tenant with no heat. They charged $790 for mother board which we got it on rush for $260. all together their bill was close to $1500. The company we use now charged all together with rush, after hours all together for $890 including thermostat and fixing all cut wires. The owner is extremely sharp and cunning but we would classify him as dum because we could have given him so much work. He believes and justify ripping innocent consumers by stating that " if you don't do your home work then it is what it is".
Shame on you #Zeid Noris, We are not sure how you sleep at night but people like you are the cause of all.
