Reviews of Place Promenade in Winnipeg

I have lived here for 5 years. I had to complain to the Tenancy branch 4 times. When I moved in here the carpets and floors were all replaced and they promised to change all of the applicances. That still has not happened other than 3 fridges breaking down and they replace them with old fridges. The same with my air conditioner which I made a report in August and got an even older one in April. I have neibours complaining about red ants. They just recently on Sept 15 decided to close all 3 Laundry rooms as this a 4 building complex and stated that all laundry roooms will not be open till Sept 23rd. That is 8 days for hundreds of tenants not to have laundry. We did not have a pool this year in 2022. Everyone else's pools are open. They are repairing all the balconies, so if you want a balcony good luck for the year because they started in March and they are not even half done. Sounds of concrete cutting drilling starts at 8am and goes till 6 or so. Elevator breaks down at least once a month. The place however is very clean and has a great cleaning staff. The maintenance crew is very nice but I think overworked. The people in the leasing office are not the most sociably ept people in the world. That is putting it nicely.
