Reviews of Prairie Concepts in Winnipeg

They did a decent job of installing LVP flooring in my home. But are completely unresponsive now that I have called/emailed them to get them to come back and fix a few problem spots.

A few spots were not done correctly and the LVP is cracking apart. They seem to have completely abandoned all responsibility, and wont respond to emails or phone calls.

I never even demanded they fix stuff for free. I only asked about their warranties on installed flooring, in case it was still covered. But nothing! Not even a 'sorry on vacation', or 'busy, talk in 2 weeks'.

So if you use them, you had better make sure they do it right the first time, cus getting any response from them after a job is done is an exercise in futility.

Maybe they are delaying until its not covered by their guarantees and warranties?
