We had a horrible experience with the manager and the owner when trying to exchange a hockey stick within the 30 days breakage warranty.

Despite having the receipt and the warranty card from their store the owner refused to deal with my wife and son, told them to get out of the store or the would call the police. Really? I am lost as to why anyone would or should give this company business - when you not only won't stand behind your own warranty but then double down with outlandish rudeness, threats and zero customer support.

We will be contacting our credit card company and filing a small claim; ultimately this will get resolved but do yourselves a favor and save yourself the lost hours and deal with an honorable CCM hockey stick retailer.

This was the worst retail experience we have had in Winnipeg in a decade. Yikes! Stay away!
