Pharmacy failed to keep their computer records updated, then left me waiting 5 days for a refill. (I never got it and so have been without this medication.) Woman at pharmacy has little skills in customer service. Didn’t used to be this way, but it is now. Woman I spoke with on phone didn’t listen, displayed no empathy, etc. despite it being Shoppers’ negligence. Never again will I go there. My family have switched pharmacies. I will discourage every I can from going there as this was the last straw. Many previous instances of poor staff behaviour. Who needs this especially when dealing with health matters.
