Worst experience of my whole life. I needed 10 hydrangeas for my mother's funeral. I had them delivered, and hutch volunteers prepared them exactly according to sonya's directions half an hour into the funeral service, every single flower wilted and died. I brought them back to Sonya to show her. She refused any discount or refund. She blamed me for what happened and smirked and I became increasingly upset. I stood in my funeral attire almost in tears that my dad had spent almost $200 on these flowers and they died. She ended up screaming at me and kicking me out of the store. I have never been more upset in my entire life. I'm only 18 and she treated me worse than I have ever been talked to in my entire life. Please do not give Sonya business, she ruined my mother's funeral.
