Reviews of Windsor Park Dental in Winnipeg

I have been going to Windsor Park Dental for about 3 years and never had a problem except one time with the receptionist and that has been resolved and second time and this is what makes us think of going somewhere else. The last time I did the filling for 5 teeth, the insurance ( mine and my husband’s insurance) covered everything and reached the maximum. When we left we did not know that they owed us money (7$) and guess what, they sent us an email saying that we had to pay 8$ plus interest which is 17 $, this was unacceptable and unprofessional, we are considered loyal customers. If they think just a little bit they would know that nobody can run with 7$ while we paid thousands of dollars. So we paid the 8 dollars and nobody cared about that, the front desk people said that there was nothing they could do since this was their policy. I honestly did not expect such service from them.
