I had the worst experience ever today. I have been a client for over 30 years. I placed a small order for Christmas for my mother. I asked for a breakdown of cost of items. Something I find a normal thing to do. The individual in office thought she had hung up phone but proceeded to make fun of me in italian to one of her colleauges. Comment was 'Manca i cani" (not even dogs) an expression basically calling me cheap becasue I asked for breakdown of cost of items. So I cancelled order and will not be going back ever. Too bad after 30 years of being a customer I am leaving because of an offensive comment by a staff member. Sad.
